Mentoring support
Learning should not finish when delegates leave the training room.
We make the commitment to continue to assist delegates for 3 months,
helping them integrate and apply what they have learnt into their
working practices. This is enhanced by the use of the AMS forums.
On-site visits
For company bookings of more than three delegates, we can provide
a follow-up personal workplace visit to aid delegates incorporate
what they have learnt on an AMS training course in to their working
practices. Where appropriate our training consultant will offer
a short top up coaching session.
Mentoring support and on-site visits (where applicable) are included
in the cost of a training course and can be extended.
